Cast Your Vote for Trees
Make Cities Cleaner, Greener, and More Beautiful
Click to Vote by September 1, 2008
This holiday weekend, American Express is inviting the public to help
nominate projects that can make a difference in the world, and
ultimately decide which projects get $2.5 million in funding.
On behalf of local grassroots volunteers nationwide, we submitted a
project idea, "Making Cities Cleaner, Greener and More Beautiful". If
you like the idea of volunteers planting city shade trees across the
nation, then help spread the word on message boards or ask your
friends for their 'vote' through Sep 1. It takes only one minute.
AmEx considers many factors in selecting finalists for the challenge.
We believe just a few votes from our friends in urban forestry will
give this national project a good chance for consideration.
To vote, click on the NOMINATE button at this link.
You do not have to be an AmEx cardholder to vote. (click Register as

Thanks for caring about city trees and have a great holiday weekend!
