Subject: [BYA] heartfelt sadness

Dear BYA,

 

It is with heartfelt sadness that I inform you that over the weekend the BYA
Facility was vandalized and robbed.

 

BYA is asking its community to reach-out to obtain donations of service
and/or funds to continue the operation of the program.  While the thieves
stole some of our possessions and desecrated our property, they did not take
away our desire to provide the youth of our communities with an enjoyable
place to play sports and build camaraderie.

 

The larcenous heart(s) got away with baseball and football equipment,
computer, cash, television, telephone, fax machine, defibulator, trophies,
DVD player, air-conditioner, public address system and audio-amplifier.
He/she/they trashed upstairs and downstairs.

 

Any assistance the anyone can generate for our children and their program
will be greatly appreciated.
