Most Bunnymen fans think that Electrafixion was very
underrated. My particular favourite song was not
released on an album -- it's called "Holy Grail" and
was on a Sister Pain 3 CD box set thingy. Live it
was magical -- one of the few times I've seen a band
and actually instantly liked their "new" and "unreleased"
stuff. What would become "Just A Touch Away" on
the reformed EATB's _Evergreen_ was originally
called "Live Forever" but the name had to be
changed because Oasis released a song of that title
just before. Of course, Liam did do backing vocals
on "Nothing Lasts Forever," which is one of the
strongest post-reformation tracks.
Ian McCulloch's newest solo album is strong in
places as well. "Kansas" is probably the best
track on the album.
But what do I know? I'm also a Snow Patrol fan,
and endeared with their new album _Final Straw_
and the track "Run."
