That's not the report we got down here.  It was reported that bin Laden was
happy with the way the operation went but was delighted that the towers
fell down.  The implication of the report was that he viewed the actual
falling of the towers as a bonus.  There was no report, nor an inference,
that he knew before the event that the towers would fall.

The first casualty of war is...

Not at all. In fact, the tape which featured him greeting a seemingly
crippled cleric in his chambers found him accounting in great detail -- and
with
rather disquieting glee -- how he knew the towers would collapse
completely, much
to the beard-stroking delight of his gaggle of fawning toadies.
