[kj] V2003 update

OK, since this tour might KJ's last or at least their best, I'm planning to
catch them as often as possible.
Any shows in GB/Belgium/France/Germany I'll attend. What dates have been
confirmed at this point in time? And how can I achieve tickets?
Any help is very much appreciated!
