Wow, I thought Raven was a confirmed Californian these days.
 
Hopefully the next album will be recorded in a more traditional manner.

I remember Raven telling the list a couple of years ago that he was insistin on being involved with writing the material and wanted to be present for the whole process. I gues that didn't work out, but I hope it does for the next album.
