I'm reasonably willing to bet the marriage goes pear-shaped before all
five dates take place. I can't imagine Jaz playing second fiddle
(which, he'd be keen on informing you, he can play very well) to the
portly, hirsute likes of Vince Neil for very long.
And has anyone taken a glimpse at Mick Mars lately? He looks like a
cadaver. The whole "reunion" endeavor smacks of utter, utter
desperation. Vince's solo gig is roundly derided (Vince was crowned by
Vh1 as being responsible for the "Least Metal Moment" in music history
when he did the "chicken dance" at some state fair or something
recently), Tommy's last couple of albums tanked faster than a bowling
ball in a swimming pool (anyone remember Methods of Mayhem? Ugh!), and
Nikki's projects don't exactly seem to be making any headlines. It's a
safe bet that they completely despise each other, but I guess a
"reunion" is the only hope they have for money these days. But
still.....who cares anymore? Who's gonna fork out money to see them at
Wembley or Madison Square Garden? It makes no sense even WITHOUT
Killing Joke. The `Joke's presence only adds to the stellar incongruity.
