Norton Internet Securities and NAV get garbled at times, after using 
for a while, and then need to be uninstalled and reinstalled. I have 
found that about 90% of the time that someone is having issues like 
that, it is a software firewall. NAV is the culprit when you get SMTP 
errors such as SMTP server time outs. Go ahead and uninstall and the 
reinstall all your Norton. I know it is working now, but soon, you will 
be back with issues, probably more globally apparent than just the 
chat.
