Antoni,

make it - thanks anyway and I'll get back to you to buy said copy if my
other avenues can't sort me out.....

I won a CD copy (released on US label Infinite Zero in 1996) on eBay a
couple of years ago for a mere 2 or so - hurrah - always loved "Life It's A
Shame" since taping it off the Peel show back in about '82 - plenty of other
good stuff on there too. I guess I can burn you a copy. Some of the artwork
can be viewed at :

Jeeezuz kerrrist!
There's more power and passion in a single riff from KJ2003
than in all of Democracy. It's a horrible record, the one that
I thought (and was happily wrong about) had finally seen KJ's
career go down the pan. The production is atrocious, the songs
go nowhere, say nothing. I happily place it next to OTG as
'not really a KJ record'.

Democracy may be hit and miss, but thats been the story with every KJ album
since perhaps Nighttime.
Production is indeed weak but not the worst produced KJ record ever.
Track for track it's still a better album than KJ2003 in my opinion.

As far as DEMOCRACY goes, there are indeed some great songs there
("Aeon" being first and foremost), but the production sucks (and, as
we've recently learned, the band agrees!)
