Fulham & Battersea were/are very much working class areas ... Chelsea FC 
have not spend THAT much more than Man United, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool 
over a 10 year period ... as a consequence of having a rich benefactor, many 
of those players we bought since Abramovich arrived were at vastly 
overinflated prices ... anyway, John Terry, Joe Cole, Glen Johnson, Scott 
Parker and Frank Lampard seem like fairly local lads to me ... we pretty 
much had a winning team before the Abamovich era but added some key players 
and a special manager with a winning mentality ... anyway, back to the match 
...
