Blair Witch project?...sorry - after all the hype, I got some great munchies
in, plenty of beer, turned the lights off and settled down for a real fright
fest and got...a scared teenager¹s home fucking movie! I thought the hand
cam idea was good, but there was very little suspense until right at the end
by which time we had given up hope! We used to live near some pitch black
woods and used to scare ourselves shitless by walking through them at night,
climbing into old mills etc...so any director has to create that sort of
effect as a bare minimum to give me goose bumps. I think by the sounds of
it, I will have to overcome my fear of Japanese sub-titled films and give
them a whirl...ohhhhh the horrrrorrrr.....!
