[kj] democracy remaster

The two main problems I have with Democracy is the production and the 
acoustic guitar thingy.
It works quite well on some of the songs. But the effect was over used and 
actually becomes annoyng in a few cases.
Some of the songs are great.  Some so-so.  And a few off ones.  With more 
time/effort put into it it could have been a smasher.
Know when to say when
