[kj] SAW / Brilliant

[Hopkins, Richard C]

Youth was in the band along with Jimmy Cauty. He looks spectacularly stupid on the album cover with a headband on iirc. That album isn't bad, and i suspect the chart position refers to their version of 'It's a Man's World' which was released as a single.
