ALLES - Lucifer's Suite
"ALLES" was founded back in 1997 by Ralle (myself) and Mucha as an
experimental Duo with no particular direction.
It later became a parttime band playing a couple of Gigs in germany and
netherlands and was reduced again to a Duo in 2002. In the same year we
started to work on some Film Soundtrack, which have``nt seen the light of
the day, `cos the whole film project was cancelt.
Soon afterwards we turned into some Symphonic productions e.g. Symphonic KJ
which won`t be released cos the Publishers refused to give permission.
We`re on some totaly weird sounds now.
Lucifer`s suite was written in 2002 cos of a Vision/Daydream I had.It was
just perfect for the sampler, cos we want to offer a great song not second
choice, that`s it.
To Jester: It is an honour to be on the sampler and it is absolutely great
beeing a part of the message board! thank you Joe for everything, stay with
us!
CliffMonk-A - Source Code Of Love
Wrote this track while living back east,played bass and freaked out sounds.
This is my first solo track,as CliffMonk-A.
Homage to my loving muse,she is sweet.Bring Hope.
Jester my best to you man,Love CliffMonk-A Family
Richie Harkness AKA Bluce Ree
http://www.bluceree.co.uk
Guitarist and producer from the UK, currently
spearheading the Killing Joke Remix Project. 'They
Will Direct You' is my attempt at a more traditional
slice of dance music but it took a turn for the darker
as my stuff inevitably does.
It was written specifically for Joe who I've been in
touch with for a couple of years now. He's been
leading the way in terms of Killing Joke's web
presence for years and his passion for music and
indominatable spirit has brought us all together
together and we're all rooting for him to beat the
cancer bigtime.
This tune is also dedicated to his wife Elana (who is
a rock) and his kids.
GINGOBLINS
Weblink: http://www.gingoblins.com
Short bio: Crawling from the crypt in 1992 the Gin Goblins have upset most
people over the last (lucky) 13 years. Tabloid horror, chaos, daft laddies,
and wild punk rock in abundance!
Track info : A jolly little number, though quite old now! Can't say where
it was recorded 'cos we owe them a fortune!
For Jester: Cha d?dhùin doras nach d?fhosgail doras
cheers

PRIMAL
http://www.primal.cjb.net
The history of primal... starts a few years back, during the turn of the 80's
and 90's.
In 1985, the lead singer and guitarist Guto Diaz forms with a few other
musicians the
"Epidemic" group, thrash metal pioneers in Curitiba, who have made a lot of
noise along
its four years of existence throughout basements and alternative productions
around the
country.
At the same epoch, guitarist Fabiano Cavassin upheld one of the pillars of the
group
"Abaixo de Deus" (Below God), the formation brought to Curitiba the then
innovative
mixture of heavy guitars and tribal rhythm. In 1991, after leaving "Abaixo de
Deus",
Fabiano joins with Guto Diaz and gives birth to primal..., nowadays, the
formation is
completed with Carlos Schner (ex-Resist Control) on bass and Orlando Custódio
on drums.
Starting from 1992, the band sees quite productive years, their gigs get the
audience
flabbergasted with such energy, grip and brutal sound, in view of this,
primal... starts
sharing stages with several national heavy monsters (Ratos de Porão, Okotô,
Hip
Monsters, P.U.S) and international names as well (Misfits and two times with
Paul
Di'Anno, ex-Iron Maiden lead vocalist), several demo-tapes were produced,
"Nailed" (93),
"Homo urbanus" (95) "Warning!" (97), "...Far Between Ape And Civilized" (02),
and two
video-clips of the tracks "Timeless Wintertime" (95) and "The Opposites" (03).
Once again the gathering of powerful sound with unique performances (use of
emery wheel
on stage) become a great element of the band, bringing out many
positive reviews
in
several specialised magazines and alternative press.
After a brief warm up with a memorable gig at the Fun Awards (in March,
Diaz all
painted
in blue made sparkles fly from his emery wheel off the central stage at
Forum),
primal...
gets in studio to record their first official album, named "coré-etuba".
The album "coré-etuba" deserves redoubled attention, for it shows an experient
group,
with a conceptual work, full of energy and flooding creativity, with raging
guitars,
lyrics full of symbologies, climatic arrangements and a large heavy
metal, hard
rock and
early 80's darkest British post-punk bands background.
Abonico R. Smith - Gazeta do Povo (one of the biggest newspapers in the
country).

Guto Diaz - voices & guitars
Fabiano Cavassin - guitars
Carlos Schner - bass guitars
Orlando Custódio - drums

ELECTRIC JESUS
Track: Like Rain (Unreleased Mix)
Website: http://www.electric-jesus.com and
http://www.myspace.com/electricjesusband
We have a new CD being press right now titled "Crushed and Mystified"
available at the beginning of December and also have material on I-tunes,
Yahoo, Sony, Music Match, Napster and most major download services
Lyrics:
Like Rain
WE WALKED ALONG THE STRAIGHTS OF ANGER
SEARCHING FOR THE SHORES
FOR YEARS ALONE WE?VE TRAVELED FORWARD
SEARCHING FOR THE LORE
AND WHEN THE WIND BLOWS EASTWARD
I FEEL IT CHILLING TO THE BONE
SO TODAY WITH ONE VOICE
WITH ONE LOVE?
IN THE COMFORT OF INNOCENCE I PRAY
WHAT DREAMS MAY COME, WHEREVER FROM
WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO SAY
AND IN THE AGE OF DOUBT WHO WHISPERS
SOMETHING IN MY EAR?
SO TODAY WITH ONE VOICE
WITH ONE LOVE?.
OUR LOVE WILL FALL LIKE RAIN (X4)- CHORUS
WITH THE TORTURE OF YOUR ARMS AROUND MY HEART
OF ALL THE ANGUISH OF KNOWING WE MAY PART
WITHIN THE YEARS THE ROOTS ARE PLANTED
FIRMLY IN THE GROUND
SO TODAY WITH ONE VOICE
WITH ONE LOVE
OUR LOVE WILL FALL LIKE RAIN
When I told the rest of the guys in the band about Jester's plight they were
all interested in helping any way we could. We'd like to do something else
for Jester in the future. We're looking into ways to raise some money for
him as well. I'll keep you posted when this materializes.
Thanks again for allowing us to be part of this. I've never met him
personally but I read his journal every day and pray for him and his family.

Short bio - London based, late 30's - always involved in music in one way or
another. Computers have allowed me to explore new avenues that were not
possible in a conventional band format
Track story - The track was the result of a request from Rob of Headcount to
mix the first single off their new CD, I can't really say where the
inspiration came from (although the sample may have led me in a certain
direction) as it seemed to evolve quite organically. The original version of
this track was over 20 minutes long, luckily I have a good editor (my wife)
to sort the wheat from the chaff.
Message for Jester -
I'm sure Joe knows we are all thinking of him, hopefully this compilation
will go some way to helping with his situation.
Marc.
HEADCOUNT

Our message to Joe:
Don't take "No" for an answer. Use that Tex-Ass spirit and spit in their eye!
Ride 'em cowboy! Love Headcount xxxx

New World Order - Lowrider
www.lowridermusic.co.uk
Our aim was simple when we formed, merely to start playing &
hopefully to audiences out of our small town of Goole, East
Yorkshire, England, UK. Since then, we have more than realised this
aspiration, having played the length of the country to one man & his
dog and to audiences of 1,000 plus (when supporting Killing Joke in
October 2004). Being a fan of KJ, this is something I could only have
hoped for in my wildest dreams. The track New World Order is a matter
of fact statement about Bush's New World Order, the futility of
opposing it, the corruption within it. We never sat down intending to
write a political statement, it came about naturally & reflected our
thoughts as a world turned in on itself.
For Jester, our sincerest best wishes in a battle against the most
pernicious of illnesses. Perhaps our small contribution on here may
help, but we look forward to being invited to further contribute when
we celebrate his full remission.
'til then, good luck
the boys of Lowrider
AUTICA
As for the track story, Issy (vocals) puts it this way...
?/Hollowed passion rode the storm of discontent/
/your indiscretion made my heart relent?/
Its really about how most of us are caught in limbo until something
happens to galvanise us into action. We make do with life until we
realise that we have to change or it will be too late; maybe we have
already run out of time.
Usually it takes something pretty dire to snap us put of our complacency
about life, but then out of that adversity springs something new.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Issy ? voice, keyboards, cello
Craig ? bass, guitars, mandolin, keyboards, programming
AuticA formed as a discrete entity in early 2004 after Issy and
Craig had been involved in previous musical collaborations with bands
in and around London. ?Indecision? was the first track written and
recorded at their studio in Kent, and the pair have been writing and
recording material with a view to a future release and the formation
of a full band for live performance.
AuticA uses and abuses Audio-Technica, Shure, Focusrite, Kurzweil,
Oberheim, Warwick, Gallien-Krueger, Marshall, Laney, Boss, Aria, B.C. Rich
STEVEL
I composed the track Solitude by constructing a basic drum track and
gradually adding the tom-toms, keyboards and f/x. All of it has been done
with samples plus a couple of voice f/x that I recorded. I have been making
music for about 6 years now - on and off, and I hope you like the track that
Cliff has put on the cd. I do not compose only this type of music, but I
thought it was a good one for this project. It was put together over a
three-month period (part time) and I am hoping to use it as part of a bigger
project in the future.
However, onto a more relevant subject - The Jester Fund. As you probably
know, the concept of this Attack Cancer cd is to raise money for Joe in his
ongoing fight against one of the most debilitating diseases we know. A lot
of you have hopefully read his diary pages on the
http://www.killing-joke.com website. Although we have never met, I have shed
a few tears for the man, due to some of the entries on these diary pages.
His words have a way of stirring up feelings and emotions hidden deeply
inside. It is one of the most frightening, unpredictable, positions for Joe
to be in. Never being sure of what tomorrow will bring with the rising of
the sun. Will it be pain free? Will I be coughing up blood and ulcers?
Please God, let me have a day off from the worry and the pain- the anguish
and the insecurity. Here is a very brave man who has my total respect. If
you think of anything when buying this compilation, think of Joe and his
fight. Think that the cd you have in your hand is a free thank you from us
all- for being generous and donating to the jester fund. If you find it in
your heart and more relevantly, in your pocket- to part with the folding
stuff, (YES.Money!!) then consider buying a copy for any friends or
relatives who might enjoy the music on it. After all, Christmas is coming
and presents are required. I have one last comment on the subject of Joe,
Christmas and being filled with 'such good cheer'. Lets just stop for a
second, raise a glass to the man on Christmas Day and wish him a good one,
without any tears of pain and uncertainty. It's not very much to ask, but
for him to be pain free and be able to just enjoy the day with Elena and the
kids, sharing Christmas lunch, would probably be the best present he could
ever wish for. Just the simplest thing in life that is taken for granted by
so many. Then at the new year, when you stop and think of any resolutions,
and what the future may hold- ask yourself who may be asking for only enough
strength to survive for another year. Without donations, that may not be as
much of a reality for him and his children, as it is for you and yours.
The secret fish....
as the name says, it`s a secret collaboration, it was planned that way and
it should be that way, just three people coming together to record a song
for Jester and then going seperate ways.
It was fun though and happened in February 2005.
