if I remember rightly (1st time for everything) then Colesy sold the t-shirt rights to this bunch. They have a contract with Killing Joke (am i allowed to spell that in full?) to sell these t-shirts.
This all happened last year too, with mr summers, but Mike resolved the issue. Over a cup of tea, allegedly

  Dear All

I find it strange that KJ can tell Mike Coles not to sell KJ merchandise on
Mike Coles website, but can carry on selling Mike Coles merchandise on KJ
website. Maybe I'm just not up to date with it all or maybe they just
  haven't updated their website.
