The Aotearoa (non-Cybersank) "Millenium" was on a single.  That might
have been only on the U.S. single.  I can confirm if anyone cares. 
The Cybersank version was on the U.S. CD.

Too bad those Aotearoa versions will be lost to the mists of time at this rate.
