That's because the Stranglers -- who I love more than several members
of my immediate family -- were a beast all their own. They were lumped
in with the Punks, but really had precious little in common beyond
that. And if Peter and others are so hung up about the Ramones long
hair, check out Dave Greenfield (long hair *AND* facial hair).
