You can call him a tosser for his home policies,Fair enough.
Before you label him a war criminal,You should wait until he has been
convicted or at least hear both side of the story before passing
judgement.In a criminal court Id say he would get a not guilty,But as I dont
know all the facts I could be mistaken
   If there was any chance of him being found guilty,why doesnt the
opposition party start proceedings against him?
 But to call him a tosser because a foreign judge decides not to arrest him
is absurd
