Yes, they started to call themselves Yids to detract from the abuse about 20
years ago, and now it is no longer a term of abuse.Anyway the abuse was
aimed at rival football fans and the abuse was nt aimed at Jewish people ,
it was aimed at football fans to wind them up. So now the name has gone from
meaning Jews to meaning a football team.
  Also, Tottenham is heavily populated with Muslims nowadays, and the team
the support is owned by a Jew.
   Okay, lets put things into perspective and come to an agreement, in your
lives Yids means Jews, but in my life Yids means the scum from North London,
now can we put it to rest.
   Just for the record, I admire what the Jews have achieved in the World
and I spent a whole year in Israel, even wearing a Skull-cap and visiting
the Western Wall, I also  nearly ended upgetting shot by an Israeli soldier
( He was firing at an Arab was running past me, luckily he missed us both)
