True, people do bicker about idiotic things, and let personalities get in the 
way of important things. But when things need to get done, the pettiness 
usually melts away, and if it doesn't, others can point it out. I think if and 
when ordinary blokes start to take themselves seriously they will rise to the 
occasion.
