The last thing of his I remember really liking was 20 MOTHERS, which would've been in --- `94?`95? 

I still thing he possesses the propensity for greatness, but he chooses to eschew his strengths in favor of his interests, which makes his work fun for him, but a chore for his fans.

hmmmm............can anyone remember the last thing of any musical
merit issued by Julian Cope ? 

Top author, wonderful musical taste and all round super hero, but to 
be honest his own music took a serious nosedive some time ago....
