Just watched a few snippets (I'm at the office, so it's a bit difficult to do so without attracting attention to the fact that I'm not actually working), but I didn't see them on the menus either.

Perhaps they're "easter eggs"?

It should be out today. I received mine on friday and got it from www.dvdpopcorn.co.uk. Damn good it is too.
haven't watched it all yet, but i can't spot the rehearsals as promised on the case - anybody know if this is a misprint?
