Someone correct me if I'm wrong but isn't (Jester) Joe their official site's 
webmaster as well as the guy who ran their "official" message board up until 
last month? If so, the lack of updates may have something to do with Joe's 
current health (he's suffering from cancer) although as noted before, Joe 
got really frustrated with dealing (or not being able to deal) with the band 
outside of Raven who was his primarily contact and source of info and that 
came to a head last month when Jester closed down the message board. KJ may 
not actually have anyone working and updating the website(s) right now.
