[kj] inside extremities live mixes demos

Yes it is exciting. Thanks to Jon for sharing the info.

Extremities was the first KJ album I ever heard and I've never heard 
anything before or since which sounds like it. It is one of the very few 
albums I couldn't live without. I'd like to see it remastered but a 
collection of demos etc is good too.

Then again I'd be happy just to get a CD of Geordie tuning up for an hour 
with bonus tracks of Jaz and Raven performing acapello farting.
