The Fanatic was from the Extremities era?
The Fanatic would not have blended in well with the rest of the ED&VRE album and I can see why they left if off . It would have been more at home on the previous album

The Extremities era gigs were great - and yes, it'll be good to have The Fanatic available to the general public. As Rob said though - shame it's only a live version. (Great track - should have made it onto the album, definitely.)
