[kj] Missing Tracks

I'm listenning to the album too ...
I have some questions  :

* What happened to the following tracks  : "Afterburner / Anamosis / 
Panic Attack / Hegel's Wet dream / MYSA / Universe B" ?
Are they "working titles" that were replaced by :  Judas Goat / Hosannas 
... / Implosion / Gratitude ?
So it miss 2 tracks ...

*  The songs are very long ... It seems to be a non finished album to me ...

* Another strange observation : Judas Goat is bonus track or not ? So 
why is it before Gratitude in the tracklist of the Advance Version?

Many questions ...
