Of course it was Newbury Comics, you nut! It was actually the original one 
one Newbury Street (formerly the middle of Newbury St., now just a block from 
the Mass Ave end--closer to Kenmore and Fenway Park). The store started off as 2 
MIT nerds selling comics out of cardboard boxes, and now is a massive chain 
of 24 stores. The 2nd location, Harvard Square, is where I first met Jaz and 
Geordie (and Jaz yelled at me...)
