I wouldn't use that.  When importing songs to iTunes it sets the volume
levels.  It doesn't do a great job, but it's OK.  However, when I burnt
a CD it didn't take this into consideration, and everything came out
with levels unchanged.  I haven't found a setting for the "Burn CD" bit
to change this.

I use Nero to burn comps.  You just tick the normalization box and it
works well.
