Jaz needs Geordie (OTG)

and

Geordie needs Jaz (Damage Manual, Murder INc)

Could each one do it on their own.  Sure but I think that their interaction 
is what pulls the better stuff out of them.  Jaz seems to feel more 
comfortable to head a project by himself.  Geordie seems to prefer 
collaboration.

I know from experience if you have been working for a long time with someone 
it is hard to break out of that mold.
