Blitz were Northern softies, thats why they took all the abuse. If it was a 
Southern band like the Cockney Rejects they would have given the interviewer 
a pasting. The majority of gay bands come from the north (Stretching right 
down to and including Oxford) Frankie gos to Hollywood, Dead or Alive  , 
Bronski Beat. All Northern gay bands. The real Men come from the South.
