Failure to remember that Pakistan is not now and never has been an Arab country cannot be ascribed to changing political circumstances.
   
  Making errors is indeed human, and every world leader has done it at some point. Making regular, basic errors is a different matter. And yes, we can reasonably expect world leaders to be better at this than everyone else. Their words and opinions are a lot more influential and significant, so it goes without saying there is less room for them to make silly mistakes.
