>From my understanding California has a specific law about real estate that 
requires the realtor/seller to disclose why the house is being sold in light 
of murders or deaths (natural causes).  Other states have this law also.  
Now maybe the loop hole is if you are the second or third owner after the 
deceased you then do not have to reveal that info.  Maybe.  Is there a 
lawyer in the house?
