i've suffered in situstions like this in the construction industry - i lost £2500 the week before christmas
   
  they could go bust walk away and not pay anyone, however, where would they play next time???? my guess is they're lookin for a bassist desperately, and failin....where's youth when you need him...and while we're at it, get BPF and have two drum kits antsinvasion tour stylee!!!!!!

  Is it possible that Killing joke could delare themselves bankrupt ? They 
must be holding onto alot of money. Barfly gig, Gems of power and the tour 
2006 ticket sales.  Rather then give the money back, they could just delare 
insolvency and thus will not have to honour the tour or Gems of Power but 
will be able to keep the money people have already paid.
