The spiritual real doesn't work like that. Science is logical and rational. 
The spiritual realm cannot be reached through such means. It's a bit like 
music, it doesn't tangibly exist until you create it, until it 'comes to 
you.' So is the case with the 'occult'. Applying rationality and cold reason 
will not pay results. Knowing how to work the forces, meditate, travel 
astrally etc most certainly will. At that point notions of God and Satan 
become totally meaningless; that is not what the spiritual realm is about at 
all.
