[kj] 72..............................

I'd be suprised and a little disappointed if KJ were,
at this point, still concernced with chart position. a
band like them has no place in the top 10 or even the
top 50 these days. Just look at what they're up
against. it's never gonna happen again. With a few
exceptions here and there, the time for quality music
being popular is long gone, or it is for the time
being at least. KJ fall more into the niche that
Nomeansno, Skinny Puppy, the Melvins and the like
share. These bands will never register a blip on the
charts ever again, but they've been around forever and
they all respectively have their cults of fans and
they are respected. They can all put out albums, tour,
and do well. The new fans are the kids who are really
stoked on music and are interested in "doing their
homework", so to speak. Just ask Tinsoldier.
