I think the obvious comeback to this statement is that's precisely why the  
information disturbs some of the people on the list. You can like a band or  
say a sports team and still be pissed, let down, disgusted at some of the  
goings on- The goings on have that affect on you because you care. 
 If you didn't like killing joke then who gives a shit about the turn  of 
events in the first place.
