A long and sometimes complicated story, and all dependant on whose version 
you believe!  Personality clashes and money squabbles really. It's kinda 
sad, The Damned need to have Scabies/Sensible/Vanian to really be The 
Damned, and it's been a long time since that happened.

Got a fucking great DVD of a full 1977 show recently... they were on fire 
(sometimes literally!) in those days. Truly amazing stuff!
