[kj] OT: UK Tiscali broadband & phone package

hang fire. O2 will be into Broadband next year having acquired Be (with 
whom I'm currently enjoying 18mbps down/ 1.3mbps up!). Not sure if such 
technology will work oop north though, no coal required and all that.
