That is what I thought . . 

All of Eddies stuff on that program (which was excellent) was recorded alone
whilst Lemmy & Phil seemed fine with each other

Really? I don't know how recent it is, but in the CLASSIC ALBUM DVD series,
Lemmy and Philthy (clearly out of hid head on speed) seem to get along quite
chummily. I think it's Eddie that Lemmy can't work out.
