Hello all,
Ordinarily I wouldn't come out of lurking to solicit your help with computer 
stuff but I'd gratefully accept  assistance with the following...

a) What is soulseek & how does it work, what are its pros/cons, etc?
b) How can I use .rar files I've downloaded? Reaplayer can't seem to open 
them
