[kj] Can We Sue for Libel?

Ha...never thought of that (the Addicts resemblance). Argh indeed.

Sad thing is - and I'm sure I've moaned about this before -- but when I was in London last, Mike Coles was nice enough to show Andy Misera and I the mockups of the intended artwork for what became KJ2003. It was lots of the usual cryptic, Colesy imagery, but very colorful and complicated (much like the DEMOCRACY cover) with lots of interesting aspects to mentally chew on. There were also four Asian puppets of some kind, designed to represent different band members. It was quite striking, actully.

Instead, we got the artwork that Big Life chose. As Big Paul said when I interviewed him about it (CHRIST, COULD I BE MORE OF AN INSUFFERABLE NAME-DROPPER, WHOO-HOO LOOKIT ME,!!)
