I was driving down the road one night and hit what felt and sounded like a giant boulder.  I pulled over to see what it was and saw a full grown beaver walking away and shaking his head in disgust...

yes, horrible feeling running something over...

 

i hit a dog once, pretty much fucked my car.. (def fucked the dog).. went to drive it the next day (the car, not the dog) and noxious smoke poured out of the dashboard.. 

 

in a mates car, we hit a sheep... was actually very bizarre, coz as we slowed, the sheep overtook us rolling down the road...  surreal

I killed a cat today.
It ran out in front of the car - no way of avoiding it & unfortunately & it didn't die particularly quickly or peacefully.

Not pleasant at all.
It's collar was thrown off & it had a number which I called but got the answer phone.
I think, being a little shaken I rambled & in true Alan Partridge (fatpotanga?) style I think I said something like "It's still alive but barely. No I think it's dead now. Yes, it's dead"

I hope to god I didn't but I think I may have...
Oh well – there's another tale for the archives.

I don't like cats.
I like killing them even less.
