The City of Austin banned Soulseek in a very strongly-worded, specific 
ordinance.

Honestly, I've found just as much cool stuff subscribing to mp3 blogs' 
RSS feeds, stuff I wouldn't have *known* to look for, w/ descriptions 
and background stories, than I have just poking around on filesharing 
networks. Like Soulseek.
