[kj] Ministry final tour/No Raven

I actually meant to add that at the end.

They grew up in the suburbs.  Moved to Detroit.  Lived through the riots and 
then moved to Ann Arbor.  So they were there in the thick of all the 
craziness.

I must need more coffee.  Because I had every intention to put the above in
