Oliver, stop engaging Peter aka Mister Black/Frank Frik in a serious conversation. I mean it.

/Same rules for rich and poor:
"The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor
to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread." --
Anatole France, The Red Lily, 1894, chapter 7. French novelist (1844 - 1924)
And as far as idealism: It think it's naive (which is what you seem to
mean by "idealist") to think corporations will be well behaved if they
aren't constantly challenged and held responsible for their actions.
Ideally, they'd have sterling characters. In reality, they don't. It
isn't idealistic to insist they act in the public interest. But it is
irresponsible to to engage in excuse-making and rationalizations when
they don't.
