no, but these petitions are tokenism.
something went wrong that two 10 year olds were so unemotional and
cold killers. In their custody this was dealt with but whether its
changed the monsters within who here would know?
They are on licence and are monitored by all accounts. Simply hounding
them is not the answer. There are institutional issues that produced
these two killers that need to be addressed.
