Good to see fellow gatherers the other night. Nice one Rob and FP. You seemed to do a sterling job and you must have been bloody shattered by the end!
I really enjoyed the session. The highlight was seeing BPF hitting the skins again. Incredible!! He was spot on and absolutle pleasure to watch. Made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Yes it was a late start and a late finish which meant we missed the last tube back to Waterloo and got stuck at London Bridge. Ended up shelling out for a hotel at 1am and got back to Somerset about 12 hours later than planned!
I was suprised not see more familiar faces gig as it definately was a special night as Rob said.

  Was bloody great!
  Soundcheck was very ropey. It was touch and go as Simon Tong was ill.
  Live they have a gut from Oxford, James Sedwards playing and he really fills it out. He's on teh new album which they began work on thsi week!

  fatpotanga and I got home at 4 this morning as the load out was hideously late, but it was a fine night.
  Seeing paul and Youth up there together was a bit special you know.

  Great to see all the gatherers and sorry not to have seen you off!
