[BS Crack]

   I was going to mention the similarities between what Saddam got tried for and what happened at Waco, when David Koresh and many of his followers were killed.
  At the time there was reports that law enforcement agencies punctured holes in the outer wall of the compound and set it on fire . 
  Was there ever an enquiry ? Did they ever find out the exact sequence of events?

The Taliban for all intents and purposes WAS the ruling goverment and they 
fully acknoledged Bin Laden was in the country at the time. Strike three.
