[kj] OT Weather

Here in Southern California near the beaches, it's been unusually cold for 
about 10 days. We actually had some light snow fall in the local low level 
foothills last week which is extremely rare. Aside from that, our rainfall 
total has been unusually light this winter. It's just been really bone dry 
and cool. Much of our citrus and other veggie and fruit crops are ruined or 
in danger of being wiped out due to the chill factor this winter.
