I was Rays "bodygaurd" and Shelters security during the  begginings of 
Shelter - I know HR didn't pull that when I was around  (Dumping trash on Ray) and I 
think if that happened I figured I would have  heard about it at some point-
Yeah Shelters music was pretty beat. They had a decent song or two and live  
they were ok (for what it was)- The stuff they were putting out late 90's 
early  2K was just lame. 
HR did have a short fuse- one of my best friends did Bad Brains security  for 
awhile- HR literally flipped on him out of no where and my friend is 6-4 270  
- not a type of dude you want to spazz on. 
As for the chronic drugs (well pot) remark with HR- well the the other guys  
in the band have been equally as baked as him and they are totally different. 
On  that note for any D.C. heads- HR is playing a free concert July 4th on the 
mall  24th and Constitution in "the park" near the Lincoln Memorial- 7 pm. 
 Also if anyone is into hardcore, check out my boy John Joseph (Cro  Mags)

I went up to New Jersey a couple weekends ago to support them playing  their 
first show- members of Cro-Mags, Biohazard, Merauder, and Pro-Pain.  
Ive know John for awhile and this is the sharpest he's been- There is a Bad  
Brains line up where he sings....
